1. YES, women are held to a different standard than men. I’ve seen some men pessimistically comment that on they will never vote for a woman because “They aren’t as ‘strong’ as men, they will never hold up to the trials and travails of a political office.” Or “They won’t be able to make the tough decisions!”, or basically they would prefer that women act like a man in a hundred other ways.

   It’s rather weird from my point of view because some of the best bosses I’ve ever had were women. One’s made tough decisions, one’s that weathers many catastrophe’s, and more over excelled in the business arena just like a man did. {shakes head}
