Should be wheels on the GOTP chair to make it easier for them to move further to the right everytime the President meets them 3/4s of the way.

That’s the way it was in President Obama’s first term. Not so much in his second term.
Frankly – and I’m a conservative, here – President Obama and the Democrats shouldn’t have reached so far in the first term. I would have preferred it had they forced the extremists in Republican Party toward the center. More would have gotten done. Not all for the best (in my conservative opinion), but probably all for the good.
